Job Description

You will be responsible for automating various operations activities and providing IT support including hardware, networking, etc. Your duties will also include work station management and being the first level of troubleshooting on Devices Software. Additionally, you will be supporting nearby locations apart from your designated location. Your role will involve analyzing functions and advising management on upgrading automation. You will be tracking the replacement of faulty Devices once a case has been logged in coordination with Team Leads. Coordination with vendors and providing desktop support will also be part of your responsibilities. As a candidate, you must be a graduate in a relevant field with good analytical skills. Knowledge of the latest technologies and a proactive approach are essential for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift. The ability to commute or relocate to Nashik - 422005, Maharashtra is required before starting work.,
