IT Support Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Executive to manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in networking, hardware, and software support along with vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and systems
• Provide technical support for daily IT-related issues across branches
• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks
• Ensure regular system updates, antivirus checks, and data security
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software maintenance
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Support in setup of new systems and ensure smooth IT operations

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–4 Years in IT Support / Networking / Hardware Maintenance
• Location: Jodhpur
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Graduate / Diploma in IT / Computer Science preferred
