IT Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile and proactive IT Support Executive to manage the day-to-day technology needs of a private company. The ideal candidate will support IT infrastructure,

maintain and update the company’s website, assist with ERP operations, and provide basic support for CAD tools. This role requires a self-starter with hands-on skills across a wide range of IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage standardization, optimization and support of the Microsoft Office 365 Work Environment, including but not limited to Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint sites.
• Maintaining employees’ IT hardware and network devices and managing user accounts, keeping records of IT assets and licenses.
• Manage overall organization’s data integrity and data repository structures
• Provide guidance and recommendations for SW tool selection and enhancement
• Set up IT ticketing system in support of team members SW or HW issues

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 SW suite and other related Microsoft Products
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a big plus
• Exposure to eCAD tools (basic level, ideally Cadence, AWR, Keysight ADS and SOS).
• MS Power BI experience is a big plus.
• Basic knowledge in handling websites form the backend (WordPress / HTML).
• Needs to be proficient in database development and maintenance.
• Expert problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with remote HW and SW debugging tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues independently and remotely
