About The Role:

As an IT Support Engineer at WeCredit, you will play a critical role in ensuring our office IT infrastructure runs smoothly and securely. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues, and you will help maintain key systems such as LAN, routers, firewalls, and user workstations. This is a hands-on, onsite role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving day-to-day tech challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Monitor system and network performance; troubleshoot connectivity issues.

• Provide technical support to employees for desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.

• Set up new systems, configure user accounts, email, VPN, and access permissions.

• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for service-related issues.

• Ensure endpoint security via antivirus, firewalls, and backup protocols.

• Maintain asset inventory and ensure IT documentation is up to date.

• Support users on applications like MS Office, Outlook, browsers, and internal tools.

• Provide remote support to teams across other locations as needed.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or network/system administration.

• Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers, and scanners.

• Familiarity with IT security tools like antivirus, firewalls, and VPNs.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users. • Availability to work from the Saket office location.
