Job Description: We are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team remotely. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations across our systems. Exceptional performers may have the opportunity to transition to an onsite role in Abu Dhabi, UAE after 6 months. Key Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls and network security devices Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers Manage and support IP Phones, Attendance Systems, and Printers Administer Active Directory , user accounts, and permissions Configure and troubleshoot Access Points and wireless networks Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability Provide remote technical support for hardware and software issues Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and system migrations Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures Support backup, recovery, and IT security practices Required Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of firewalls, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking Experience with IP Phones, Attendance Systems, Printers, and Access Points Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Familiarity with VPNs, backups, cloud services, and IT security best practices Preferred Skills: Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) IT certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA Network+ ) Experience with remote monitoring and support tools Perks & Opportunities: Competitive remote salary of INR 25,000 for the first 6 months Performance-based opportunity for onsite role in Abu Dhabi, UAE, The salary will be revised once moved to Onsite.
