Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site support for computer hardware, software, and networking-related issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system problems (hardware/software).
Perform installation and configuration of operating systems, application software, antivirus, etc.
Set up and maintain LAN, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.
Maintain system performance and security updates.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement or service support.
Maintain logs for daily tasks and issue resolutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in Science or Commerce.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in hardware and IT support roles.
Proven experience in installing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of basic networking, system formats, drivers, and printer/scanner configuration.
Prior experience as a Resident Engineer will be given preference.
Good communication skills and ability to handle end-user queries effectively.
