IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Maintenance:
• Monitor and maintain the performance of intercom systems, cameras, computers, and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems.
• Perform regular system backups and updates.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.

Network Management:

• Configure and manage network routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Maintain network connectivity and performance.
• Implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access.

Computer Support:

• Provide technical support to residents regarding computer hardware and software.
• Install and configure computer software.
• Assist residents with troubleshooting computer issues.

Intercom and Camera Systems:

• Monitor and maintain intercom and camera systems.
• Respond to intercom calls and assist residents with inquiries.
• Manage access control and security systems.

IT Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and procedures.
• Create and update user manuals and guides.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 0.6 - 3 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure components.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation.
