- Minimum Required Qualification (Non-Negotiable):Graduate

- Preferred Qualification: Graduate(B.Tech/B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or related field)

- Essential Skills (Non-Negotiable):

l Certification of Linux (RHCSA) MCSE

l Prior experience in a mixed Linux-Windows environment.

- Preferred/Additional Skills:

l CCNA Certification

l Support and maintain Active Directory Domain Controller (AD DC) environments or Samba4 Server.

l

- Minimum Work Experience Required: 1+ Year

· Install, configure, test, and maintain Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows client operating systems.

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

· Monitor and manage local network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, access points, etc.).

· Provide support for desktop hardware setup, peripheral configuration, and user system maintenance.

· Manage file-sharing services (e.g., Samba), web servers (Apache/Nginx), and related services.

· Configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP, IP addressing network settings.

· Assist in maintaining virtual environments (e.g. VirtualBox, or Proxmox).

· Perform routine system checks, updates, and patch management.

· Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

· Familiarity with virtual machines and system backups.

· Document technical issues, solutions, and IT asset changes.
