We are seeking a diligent and motivated IT Support Staff to join our team. This is an entry-level position and ideal for someone who is eager to learn. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software is required, and all necessary training will be provided. In this role, you will be responsible for: Maintaining computers, both software and hardware, to ensure they are functioning properly. Performing basic network maintenance tasks. Keeping an accurate inventory of all available hardware and tracking stock levels. Troubleshooting and resolving basic IT issues for staff. We are looking for a punctual and hardworking individual who can contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
