About the Role: We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Staff member to handle daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with computers, managing physical files, and handling external banking duties. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Accurate entry of daily transactions, sales figures, and inventory data into Excel or company software. Documentation & Filing: Organizing office files, maintaining registers, and ensuring all documents are stored safely and logically (Filing). Bank Related Work: Visiting the bank for cheque deposits, cash handling, statement updates. General Admin: Assisting with printing, scanning, and general office coordination. Requirements: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email). Trustworthy and punctual. Ability to travel locally for bank work.
