IT Support Engineer - Hardware & Networking

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Fresher with a foundational understanding of hardware and networking concepts. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining our IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users (hardware, networking, printers, etc.).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Assist in LAN/WAN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software.
• Monitor and respond to system issues and service requests.
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
• Support software installations, patch updates, and antivirus management.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger infrastructure projects.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware (motherboards, RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.).
• Understanding of networking concepts – IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, etc.
• Familiarity with Windows OS installation and basic troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic certification in Hardware or Networking (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+, CCNA – optional but advantageous).
• Internship or academic project experience in IT support will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
