Position: RCM AR Team Lead (Night Shift)

Department: Revenue Cycle Management

Location: Chennai, Guindy

Experience: 5+ years in RCM AR with 1-2 years in a leadership role

Shift: Night

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and manage a team of AR analysts handling US healthcare RCM processes

✔ Monitor and improve team performance and productivity metrics

✔ Ensure accurate and timely resolution of AR claims, denials, and follow-ups

✔ Drive quality, compliance, and process excellence

✔ Collaborate with internal departments and clients to streamline operations

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Deep understanding of the US healthcare RCM cycle

✅ Strong communication and leadership skills

✅ Experience with AR follow-up, denial management, and payer guidelines

✅ Ability to work independently and mentor team members
