2. Proven experience in IT support roles, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
3. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), Microsoft Office Suite, and productivity tools.
4. Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
5. Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
9. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
1. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and virtualization technologies.
2. Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection regulations.
3. Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management processes.
