IT Support Engineer

• Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including system failures, software bugs, and network connectivity problems.
• Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
• System Administration: Assist in the administration of servers, desktops, and network systems. Perform system backups, updates, and patch management.
• Network Support: Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring it is secure and running efficiently.
• Documentation: Document technical issues, resolutions, and configurations for future reference.
• User Training and Support: Provide user training and support for new systems, applications, and processes.
• Escalation Support: Work closely with senior IT staff for escalated issues and projects.
• Security Management: Ensure all systems and networks adhere to company security protocols. Assist in the management of user access controls and security policies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure successful completion of projects and proactive system upgrades.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
