Job Title: IT Support Administrator Company: Lymax Learning Solution LLP Location: Kochi, Kerala (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Upto ₹40,000 per month (based on experience) Job Summary: We are hiring an IT Support Administrator to manage the company’s technical infrastructure, provide internal support, and ensure seamless functioning of all hardware, software, and online systems used across departments. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line IT support to internal staff (hardware, software, email, and network) Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, printers, routers, and servers Troubleshoot system issues and respond to technical support requests promptly Manage user access across platforms (email, CRM, LMS, cloud apps, etc.) Monitor data backups, antivirus systems, and basic cybersecurity practices Coordinate with the tech team and vendors for escalated issues or system upgrades Maintain inventory of IT assets and generate reports on usage/performance Support live sessions or webinars by setting up AV and streaming equipment Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk administration Proficiency in Windows, basic networking, office tools, and cloud apps Familiarity with CRM/LMS platforms (e.g., TeleCRM, Learnyst, Google Workspace) preferred Good troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams What We Offer: Competitive salary + growth opportunities A tech-enabled, collaborative work environment Exposure to edtech systems and global tools Training and upskilling support How to Apply: Apply on Indeed with your updated resume and a brief note on your experience supporting IT systems in a live or corporate environment.
