Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced IT Specialist (4–6 years) to manage and secure our IT infrastructure. You’ll handle network administration, Microsoft 365, and cloud operations — ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and secure enterprise networks, firewalls, and VPNs.
Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Security & Compliance).
Maintain and optimize cloud environments (Azure / AWS).
Troubleshoot complex IT, server, and network issues.
Implement IT security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits.
Collaborate on IT improvement projects and support new technology rollouts.
Mentor and support junior IT staff.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in enterprise network management, routing, and firewall configuration.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration.
Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructure.
Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
Familiarity with endpoint security tools, antivirus, and patch management systems.
Experience with data backup, storage, and disaster recovery solutions.
Understanding of IT compliance, access control, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
