Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CCTV Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining security cameras, as well as excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Operate and maintain security cameras to ensure optimal performance and image quality.

Monitor camera feeds to detect and respond to security incidents.

Collaborate with other teams to resolve security issues and enhance overall security posture.

Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on security equipment to prevent downtime.

Develop and implement effective security protocols to protect against threats.

Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a security or law enforcement setting.

Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Familiarity with security software and technology is an asset.
