IT Software & Systems Executive

Job Summary

The IT Software & Systems Executive will be responsible for software implementation, cloud management, website operations, and IT system monitoring to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient digital operations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Software Implementation & Support

• Implement and manage ERP, CRM, LMS, HRMS, and other institutional software
• Coordinate with vendors for software deployment, upgrades, and support
• Provide user training and technical support

Cloud Management

• Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Handle cloud storage, backups, access control, and security
• Monitor cloud performance and optimise usage

Website Management

• Manage website hosting, domains, and CMS (WordPress preferred)
• Coordinate website updates, security patches, and performance monitoring
• Ensure website uptime and regular backups

IT Monitoring & Security

• Monitor applications, cloud systems, and digital platforms
• Identify issues and ensure quick resolution
• Implement cybersecurity best practices and data protection measures

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain system documentation and user access records
• Prepare IT status reports and compliance updates

Required Skills

• Basic cybersecurity knowledge

Qualification

• BCA / MCA / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT / CS) or equivalent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
