I. Job Purpose
· The IT Security Specialist is responsible for protecting the organisation’s sensitive& confidential data and digital assets by implementing and maintaining IT Security systems and measures
II. Job Responsibilities
· Develop an IT Security roadmap in line with the organisation’s business and IT Strategy
· Develop, update and maintain Security protocols, standards and policies
· Create Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery plans, conduct drills and audits
· Regular monitoring through audits and IT Security products / solutions to find any irregularities and potential threats. Update and improve security measures based the audits and incidents
· Develop, update and maintain Incident Response procedures. Respond to data breaches and malicious malware attacks in conformance to Incident Response procedures
· Simulate data loss scenarios, as per plan, to evaluate the effectiveness of existing recovery plans, update procedures based on drills
· Develop regular training programmes to educate organisation’s employees on IT Security threat landscapes and enable them to be more proactive in dealing with such threats or incidents
· Update knowledge, on a regular and continual basis, on new technologies, changing threat landscapes and identify products and solutions for safeguard and / or mitigation

· Extensive knowledge of security frameworks
· Research skills to keep abreast of latest threat landscapes and solutions or products
· Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify, diagnose and deal with threats
· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
III. Qualifications & Experience
· 10+ years of relevant work experience
Education
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
· CISSP or CISM certification. Certified Ethical Hacker certification is a definite plus

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
