IT Security Specialist - Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT Security Specialist with deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of IT Security experience, including at least 6 years focused on PAM tools such as BeyondTrust, Arcon, CyberArk, or similar platforms. This role will be pivotal in managing privileged access, securing critical infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with security policies within a dynamic, cloud-enabled environment.

1. Manage user identities, roles, and permissions across diverse systems and applications to ensure secure access controls.
2. Develop, implement, and enforce privileged access policies, including least privilege principles and access request workflows.
3. Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for privileged infrastructure servers, accounts, users, and applications onto the PAM platform.
4. Oversee privileged session management, ensuring all activities are logged, monitored, and reviewed for compliance and audit readiness.
5. Monitor access logs proactively and generate detailed reports to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
6. Deploy and operate endpoint security solutions covering features such as Endpoint Encryption, Antivirus (AV), Host Firewall, Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
7. Utilize cloud-based security tools including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Information Rights Management (IRM), and Microsoft Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
8. Support cloud infrastructure security, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.
9. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address security challenges and optimize security posture.
10. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
11. Maintain proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.
12. Leverage programming/scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, VBScript) to automate security tasks and enhance operational efficiency (preferred).

Profile Description:

1. Minimum 6+ years of overall IT Security experience.
2. At least 6+ years of hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as BeyondTrust, Arcon, CyberArk.
3. Proven experience managing privileged access, session monitoring, and compliance reporting.
4. Hands-on experience with cloud security tools like Microsoft Intune, IRM, and DLP.
5. Experience with cloud infrastructure security, especially Microsoft Azure.
6. Demonstrated ability in endpoint security deployment and operations.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
9. Proficient in MS Office applications.
10. Programming/scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, VBScript) are a plus.
