Job Description

As an Enterprise IT Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for enterprise spares such as server, storage, and networking components, as well as refurbished equipment and rental/leasing services. Your deep understanding of enterprise hardware, ability to build strong client relationships, and strategic sales approach will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive sales for enterprise spares including server, storage, and networking components. - Familiarity with products of CISCO, ARUBA, ARISTA, and NETAPP will be an added advantage. - Identify and engage with Mid-Level Enterprise Accounts for IT product requirements. - Champion the sales of refurbished servers, storage devices, networking equipment, and workstations. - Develop and manage a client portfolio interested in renting and leasing enterprise equipment. - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for the best-fit equipment. - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product quality, availability, and timely delivery. - Stay updated with the latest trends in enterprise hardware to offer informed recommendations. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction levels. - Develop sales strategies and set quotas aligned with company objectives. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA in IT or Engineering stream. - Proven sales experience in enterprise hardware or related field. - Strong knowledge of server, storage, and networking hardware. - Ability to understand complex technical specifications and provide client solutions. - Strong negotiation skills focusing on closing deals and meeting sales quotas. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively. - Formal education in Sales, Business, or related field is advantageous.
