IT Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and confident IT Sales Executive to work in rotational night shifts and manage international clients. The role involves handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, targeting businesses that require digital and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach during international business hours
• Generate leads and identify potential clients across the US, UK, Canada, and other global markets
• Explain IT services (web, mobile, custom software) and deliver effective product demonstrations
• Handle client communications and coordinate with the technical team for proposals and follow-ups
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM tools
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Marketing
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT sales, preferably international sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong knowledge of IT services, sales platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM software and email campaign tools
• Willingness to work in a rotational night shift environment
