Job Description

The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to expand our client base and achieve revenue goals. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of IT solutions and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in the IT sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our market presence.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Having experience in Blockchain-related services is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services. Knowing blockchain products or services is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Shift- Monday to Friday

Timings- 10 am to 6:30 pm
