Key Responsibilities: Represent the company and its high-end software products with professionalism and confidence. Generate and nurture leads through various channels including cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events. Conduct product presentations and software demos to potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable software solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize campaigns and optimize outreach. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in BSc IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in IT/software sales. Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals for high-value software products. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and communicate complex software solutions effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events if required. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software. Understanding of enterprise software ecosystems.
