IT Sales Executive

As an IT Sales Executive at Konverge Technologies Pvt. Ltd., your primary focus will be on selling Professional and Managed Services. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving sales of professional and managed services, encompassing consulting, HLD/LLD design, implementation, and ongoing support. - Engaging with customers to comprehend their IT service needs and aligning them with relevant Konverge service offerings. - Collaborating closely with presales architects and delivery teams to devise customized service solutions. - Cultivating strong relationships with enterprise clients, OEMs, and internal stakeholders. - Leading the development of proposals, pricing strategies, SoW creation, and closing contracts. - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to expand service offerings. - Managing and updating sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and monitoring performance through CRM tools. - Participating in OEM alignment calls and joint go-to-market activities associated with service engagements. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Business; MBA is a plus. - 2-4 years of experience in selling IT services, particularly professional, consulting, or managed services. - Demonstrated proficiency in selling service-led solutions within domains like Networking, Security, Data Centre, or Cloud. - Understanding of IT project delivery cycles and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Prior experience with Cisco or other OEM-aligned service models is advantageous. - Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
