About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored IT solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a proactive sales professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through meetings, calls, and regular follow-ups.
• Identify potential customers and pursue new business opportunities.
• Understand clients’ business needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Create and execute personal business and marketing plans.
• Implement effective lead generation strategies for consistent results.
• Maintain a sales funnel and pipeline for the next 3–6 months.
• Demonstrate punctuality, discipline, and time management in all professional interactions.
• Provide market insights, including competitive pricing and bundling information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.

• Proven track record of developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and create tailored sales proposals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or direct sales, preferably in the IT or service industry.
• Experience in healthcare sales or account management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree (any stream) with no academic backlogs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
