IT Sales Executive – Entry-Level | B2B SaaS

About the Role

Are you a people-person who loves technology and is ready to kickstart your career in B2B sales? We’re looking for a self-driven IT Sales Executive to join LucidPlus, a growing SaaS company. In this client-facing role, you’ll connect with businesses, uncover their challenges, and offer tailored software solutions that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through cold calls, client visits, networking, and referrals
• Meet B2B clients to understand needs and present software solutions
• Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to decision-makers
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations with the sales team
• Represent LucidPlus at events, exhibitions, and roadshows
• Keep accurate records in CRM and track opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with field sales
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

What You’ll Bring

• 0–1 year experience in B2B sales (IT/software/SaaS preferred)
• Strong interest in technology and software solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
• Familiarity with CRM tools & Microsoft Office (a plus)
• Malayalam & English fluency (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel extensively in the region
• Two-wheeler + valid license (preferred)
