Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Male) for ERP / CRM Software ! Location - Ranchi, Jharkhand. Qualifications 3 years of experience in sales or business development in IT solutions. Proven track record of selling ERP or CRM platforms. Familiarity with ERP / CRM implementation life cycles. Strong understanding of sales cycles in software/enterprise IT. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP/CRM software and services. Build strong relationships with C-level executives, IT heads, and decision-makers. Understand client business processes to position the right ERP/CRM solutions. Conduct product presentations and solution demos. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in ERP/CRM. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Are you okay with RANCHI work location ?
