IT Recruitment Consultant – US Region

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the US staffing process, recruitment life cycle, and work authorizations. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions
• Source candidates using various platforms (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, internal database)
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Understand and work with different employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT)
• Negotiate salaries/rates and close candidates for contract or full-time roles
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate pipelines and manage ATS records
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills:

• 3–8 years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of US visa classifications and tax terms
• Proficiency in using job boards and recruiting tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good understanding of technical requirements and IT terminology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with implementation partners or direct clients
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
