Job Title: IT Recruiter / HR

Location: On-Site (Hybrid) – Pune, Maharashtra

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Start Date: Immediate joiners only (Start from Monday, 4th August)

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter/HR based in Pune.

The individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.

This includes coordinating with both candidates and clients, managing interview schedules, and ensuring successful closures.

You will be expected to:

Handle IT and technical recruitment needs for multiple clients

Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates

Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate between clients and candidates

Maintain strong pipelines and relationships with potential hires

Submit profiles timely and follow through the complete hiring lifecycle

Achieve a minimum of 3 to 5 closures per month (target-based) for freelancer recruiters

Handle onboarding coordination for selected candidates

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical RecruitingStrong understanding of full life-cycle recruiting

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus
