Description
We are looking for motivated and energetic Freshers with a background in BCA/MCA/BE/BTech (Computer Science) to join our recruitment team as an IT Recruiter . In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process , focusing on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles in the IT industry. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates: Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals. Use advanced search techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to identify passive candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate technical assessments and coding tests as required by the hiring team. Interview Process: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Prepare interviewers with relevant candidate information, including resumes and job descriptions. Qualifications & Skills: Freshers with BCA/MCA/BE/BTech (Computer Science) degree. Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and job boards (Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies is a plus but not mandatory. Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits.
