About the Role

Talent IT Sourcer

Key Responsibilities

Source and engage potential candidates through
social media, professional networks, and job portals
(LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Slack, etc.).
Identify qualified candidate profiles using
Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for current and future hiring requirements.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to
understand technical role requirements
.
Promote the
employer brand
through online channels and professional communities.
Reach out to
past applicants
regarding new job opportunities.
Maintain and update the
candidate database (ATS/CRM)
with accurate records.

Requirements

Experience:
2–5 years as a
Talent Sourcer / IT Recruiter
or similar role.
Proven hands-on experience in
sourcing on professional and social platforms
.
Strong knowledge of
Boolean search
, keyword targeting, and talent mapping.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
Strong organizational and
time management abilities
.
Ability to
represent the company positively
and build relationships with potential candidates.
