Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter located in Mumbai. The IT Recruiter will handle full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and collaborate on staffing needs. Additionally, the role involves developing recruitment strategies and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
