Key Responsibilities

Conduct
end-to-end recruitment
for both
contract and permanent IT positions
Source relevant profiles using
job portals
(e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn) and
internal databases
Screen candidates for
technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews
between candidates, hiring managers, and clients
Manage the
candidate pipeline
, schedule interviews, and handle
offer negotiations
Maintain
recruitment trackers
, generate
daily/weekly reports
, and track hiring metrics

Skills & Experience Required

15 years
of hands-on experience in
IT recruitment
Strong exposure to
contract staffing
processes (
C2H/W2/C2C
)
Proficient in using
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and sourcing tools
Solid understanding of
IT technologies
including Java, .NET, Software Testing, Cloud, and more
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
Highly
target-driven

detail-oriented
, and
proactive
in managing recruitment deliverables
