Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Handle
C2H (Contract-to-Hire)
and permanent hiring for technical roles across multiple skill sets and technologies.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and team needs.
Source candidates through various channels such as
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media
.
Conduct initial technical screenings and coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure timely communication and a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners when required for contract hiring.
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and pipeline health.

Required Skills & Experience:

2 - 5 years
of proven experience in
IT / Technical Recruitment
.
Strong knowledge of
C2H hiring models
and experience working with contract resources.
Hands-on experience managing
end-to-end recruitment
independently.
Good understanding of various
IT skills and technologies
(e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.).
Proficiency in using
job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed)
and professional networks like
LinkedIn Recruiter
.
Excellent
communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
