Role & responsibilities

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices • Ability to negotiate and release offers to candidates • Solid connect with the Joiner pipeline to minimize leakages and ensure high onboard ratio • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team • Act as a point of contact and build influential

Qualifications:

1) Minimum 1 years of hands-on sourcing experience, specifically in IT/corporate/consulting hiring (agency, RPO, or in-house setups).
2) Proven ability to manage sourcing strategy end-to-end from planning to reporting and delivery. 3) Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, data management, and sourcing metrics. 4) In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean/X-ray search) and ATS/CRM platforms. 5) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions through insight and research. 6) High adaptability & a collaborative approach, especially in dynamic, high-demand environments.
