Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Strategy

Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters; provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Set recruitment targets and monitor individual and team performance.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for IT and tech roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.).
Provide training and development opportunities for the recruitment team.

Recruitment Execution

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for critical and senior-level IT positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
Oversee candidate pipeline management to ensure a strong talent pool for current and future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Management

Act as a point of contact for hiring managers and business leaders regarding recruitment updates.
Partner with HR and business units to ensure recruitment aligns with workforce planning and DEI initiatives.
Provide regular hiring metrics, dashboards, and reports to leadership.

Tools & Process Optimization

Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
Improve and standardize recruitment workflows, documentation, and compliance processes.
