Job Description

Sr IT RecruiterMumbai-Andheri East

25 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the Australian market
Strong knowledge of technical roles, terminology, and recruitment best practices
Experience working on Job boards like LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, Jora
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across Australia
Collaborate with our Delivery managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
Source and attract candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
Conduct initial screening and technical assessments (where applicable)
Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate pipelines
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment policies
Stay updated on hiring trends and salary benchmarks in the Australian tech market
Build and maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles
Prior experience recruiting for clients in Australia or for an Australian-based company is highly desirable
