Core Responsibilities
The primary duties cover the entire recruitment lifecycle, with a distinct technical focus:
Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to find candidates specializing in Generative AI (e.g.,
Gen AI Engineers
, Prompt Engineers
, Machine Learning Scientists
focused on Gen AI). - Actively map the Gen AI talent landscape, identifying key talent pools on platforms like GitHub, Kaggle, Hugging Face, research communities, and relevant industry conferences.
- Build and maintain a strong, proactive pipeline of top-tier, highly-specialized AI professionals.
Job Specification & Collaboration:
- Work closely with
Hiring Managers
and technical teams
to gain an in-depth understanding of specific role requirements, including desired experience with models (e.g., GPT, DALL•E, GANs, VAEs
) and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow
). - Translate complex technical needs into compelling, accurate, and technically relevant job descriptions.
Technical Screening & Assessment:
- Conduct initial
technical screenings
to evaluate candidates' expertise in deep learning, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and the practical application of generative models. - Collaborate with engineering teams to design or implement
technical assessments
and coding challenges that accurately test niche Gen AI skills like model fine-tuning, deployment, and optimization.
Candidate Management:
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach and interview scheduling to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experience.
- Clearly articulate the company's vision, culture, and the innovative nature of its AI projects to highly sought-after candidates.
Market Intelligence & Ethical Awareness:
- Stay constantly updated on the latest advancements, models, and
ethical considerations
in the rapidly evolving Gen AI field to effectively engage with candidates and consult with hiring managers. - Utilize data-driven recruitment analytics to monitor market trends and refine hiring strategies.
