Preferred candidate profile 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in technical and product recruiting. Experience hiring for niche tech domains (automotive/infotainment preferred). End-to-end recruitment for both permanent and contract roles across various technical functions. Source and engage candidates through ATS tools and leading platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed. Strong grasp of technical roles including software developers, engineers, data analysts, and related profiles. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, especially in the automotive /infotainment space. Leverage existing networks within the Bengaluru start-up and tech ecosystem to identify top talent. Results driven with a confident, proactive approach to recruitment
