Job Description: IT Recruiter (1 Year Experience)

Role Overview

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
for junior to mid-level positions.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals
, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct
initial HR interviews
to assess candidate suitability.
Understand job requirements and technical skills by coordinating with
hiring managers
.
Schedule and coordinate
technical interviews
and follow-ups.
Maintain and update candidate data in
ATS or recruitment trackers
.
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure a positive experience.
Assist in
offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination
.
Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and hiring SLAs.
Support employer branding and recruitment drives when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 year of experience
in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
Basic understanding of
IT technologies
such as Java, .NET, Python, QA, Frontend, Backend, DevOps, etc.
Familiarity with
job portals and sourcing techniques
.
Good
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to multitask and work in a
fast-paced environment
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel/Google Sheets
for tracking and reporting.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience working with
startups or IT services companies
.
Exposure to
contract staffing or lateral hiring
.
Basic knowledge of
offer negotiation and salary benchmarking
.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in
HR, Management, IT, or any related field
