We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for diverse IT roles via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
• Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and industry trends.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
