Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, technical roles, and recruitment best practices. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for various client and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements, technical job descriptions, and project needs.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial HR and technical coordination interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Negotiate salary, offer letters, and manage the onboarding process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Keep track of recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Stay updated with current IT technologies, market trends, and hiring best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
• Excellent sourcing and Boolean search capabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
• Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
