Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions while ensuring quality submissions and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements with a focus on C2H roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and client requirements
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
• Hands-on experience in C2H hiring
• Good understanding of IT technologies and roles
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with multiple IT clients
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools
• Exposure to US staffing (preferred but not mandatory)
