Leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter for candidate sourcing. Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates skills and professional backgrounds through telephonic conversations. Schedule interviews and perform reference checks. Recruitment Process Management: Maintain strict turnaround times and adhere to specific requirements. Formulate work plans based on job responsibilities. Stay updated on the latest recruitment processes and techniques. Market Research: Conduct market due diligence on talent availability in specific markets/regions. Research and analyze data, producing reports as required. Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in internet tools and MS Office. Strong technical sourcing skills with a proven track record. Deep understanding of IT terminologies and keywords. Ability to comprehend job descriptions and client requirements. Expertise in social media sourcing (LinkedIn is a must).
