Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process. Facilitate technical assessments and evaluations, as required. Extend offers of employment and negotiate compensation packages. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruiting.
