IT Recruiter - Intern

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter Intern (0–1 year experience) to join our HR team. You will assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. This role offers hands-on exposure to IT/technical hiring processes and an opportunity to build strong recruitment skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT/technical recruitment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
