Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support senior recruiters in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Build positive relationships with candidates to ensure a great candidate experience.
Stay updated with IT skills, technologies, and market trends.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT skills/technologies (preferred).
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in HR, Management, Computer Science, or any related field.
0–1 year of experience in recruitment (internship or full-time).
