Role & responsibilities

Position Summary:

IT Recruiter

deliver top IT talent at scale

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and critical IT roles across mega projects, including enterprise software development, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
Work closely with project and delivery managers to understand large-scale resourcing needs and hiring timelines.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and networks).
Build and manage a pipeline of high-caliber IT professionals: engineers, architects, data specialists, DevOps, cloud, and security experts.
Conduct in-depth screening to evaluate technical and behavioral fit.
Mentor junior recruiters or coordinate with external agencies when needed.
Ensure timely and compliant hiring processes using ATS and data-driven reporting.
Provide market insights and hiring forecasts to leadership

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications:

5 - 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments or global IT consulting firms.
Proven success in
scaling IT teams rapidly
for mega/enterprise projects or tech transformation programs.
Strong understanding of modern technologies, platforms, and technical roles (e.g., full-stack, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, SAP, ERP, etc.).
Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in ATS tools
Ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment.
