Role & responsibilities Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter to lead strategic hiring initiatives for large-scale technology projects . This role requires a high-energy recruiter with deep technical recruiting expertise, the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and a strong background in enterprise-level hiring for IT teams. You will partner with senior stakeholders, tech leads, and project managers to deliver top IT talent at scale , ensuring speed, quality, and compliance across complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and critical IT roles across mega projects, including enterprise software development, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. Work closely with project and delivery managers to understand large-scale resourcing needs and hiring timelines. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and networks). Build and manage a pipeline of high-caliber IT professionals: engineers, architects, data specialists, DevOps, cloud, and security experts. Conduct in-depth screening to evaluate technical and behavioral fit. Mentor junior recruiters or coordinate with external agencies when needed. Ensure timely and compliant hiring processes using ATS and data-driven reporting. Provide market insights and hiring forecasts to leadership Preferred candidate profile Required Qualifications: 5 - 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments or global IT consulting firms. Proven success in scaling IT teams rapidly for mega/enterprise projects or tech transformation programs. Strong understanding of modern technologies, platforms, and technical roles (e.g., full-stack, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, SAP, ERP, etc.). Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in ATS tools Ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment.

Role & responsibilities Providing Technical Support for HRMS, SCM & Financials business users as and when required. Minimum of six (6) years relevant work experience. Strong Computer knowledge and UNIX, Linux use for administration and shell scripting. Strong knowledge Oracle EBS and Database. Good knowledge in IP Network, TCP/IP protocol and related troubleshooting tools etc. Good Troubleshooting skills.
